"If you’re looking for a unique date idea or bonding activity for your family, you should visit Neo Art Cafe. It’s a toy cafe and DIY art studio in one. They have an extensive menu, mostly comfort food - breakfast plates, sandwiches, pasta, and cakes. From what we tried, I really liked the seared ebi sandwich, french toast, and Neo breakfast platter. For drinks, they have coffee, tea, matcha, and milk. I recommend you try the Matcha Strawberry. They are the first distributor of Lucky Emma toys in the Philippines and boast an up-to-date collection. There are other blind box toys, build kits, anime art toys, and more. They even have clothes for kids. For the DIY Art Studio, they have drip or hand painting. You can choose from a selection of coin bank figures. They also have blank canvas panels. There’s also paint by numbers and some sort of soft bead artwork. There’s just a lot of things to do here so it’s a good spot if you’re looking to try a new hobby while enjoying good food."
"I really loved their Chainsaw Man–inspired menu—the food was delicious, filling, and super generous with servings (hindi tinipid at all). The Denji French Toast is one of my top picks, not too sweet and really satisfying. What makes this café even more special is how pet-friendly they are—they even gave my fur baby a treat when we arrived . Plus, they have so many fun things inside: anime merchandise, blind boxes, and DIY art activities (I made a cute lamp!) which made the whole experience extra exciting. The place is very cozy and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s also such a great spot for chill hangouts or barkada bonding over food, art, and collectibles. Just a heads-up, parking is a bit limited, but honestly everything else makes it totally worth the visit."
"This is our go to place if we want to eat comfort food. My kids love their soda pops with popping bobas. All their food are good especially their pasta. I bring some of my clients here also when we have meetings around the area. They also have kids and adult activities as well like paintings. Atmosphere is very family friendly."
"ambiance was great. we ordered sandwiches and we liked them a lot. will def come back to try other things. they also have a lot of promos like student promo (just show id) 20% off from 1-3pm, something like that."
"Neo Art Café in Amoranto is such a fun and unique spot! The place is filled with Pokemon, Sanrio, Emma figures, and tons of blind boxes—perfect for collectors and anyone who loves all things cute and nostalgic. The vibe is super cozy and creative, chill music, and an atmosphere that’s perfect for hanging out, studying, or getting inspired. They also have so many drinks and food options to choose from—you’ll definitely find something you'll love! If you’re into collectibles, aesthetic cafés, and relaxing spaces with personality, this one’s a must-visit. Will 100% be coming back! #NeoArtCafe #AmorantoEats #CafeHoppingPH #SanrioCafe #PokemonCollectibles #BlindBoxPH #EmmaFigures #ToyCollectorPH #CafeVibes"
"REALLY good food. The fried enoki was seasoned well and not oily at all. I got the platter of three breakfast meats (bacon, sausage, and beef tapa). All were good, but the beef tapa was the best. My family also ordered and shared a truffle mushroom pasta, which tasted fantastic. Would go back. Also, my brother bought a fig from their shop inside, and he seems quite happy with it."
"It’s our first time to visit Neo Art Cafe and I must say that this isn’t your ordinary cafe. It’s a cafe, toy collectors haven and diy art studio in one. We enjoyed all the food that we ordered. My top fave is the truffle pasta. Their drinks were also yum! It’s a good chill spot to bond with your friends and family. Must visit!"
"very cute pet-friendly cafe with lots of seating and collectibles you can buy! the ambiance is nice and the music is just loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough to drown conversations. the service was pretty fast maybe 10-15 mins for food and about 5 mins for drinks. as for the food: golden enoki - so good, crunchy and not overly oily. would recommend this if you've ever tried fried mushrooms i love them. if you love enoki this is good for you too. love that despite it being fried you can taste the mushroom distinctly truffle pasta - this was good too really well balanced. just the right amount of creaminess and you can really taste the truffle, love the mushrooms and the presentation is great. choco tiramisu - pretty standard tiramisu its creamy but i'm not sure if they removed the coffee because i couldn't taste it, i would've preferred it with the coffee flavor peach mango fizzy tea - so refreshing i loved it, it comes with jelly! would get this over and over again"
